The Guardian Peak Winery and Restaurant opened in December 2005, and since then, has been a popular destination in the winelands of Stellenbosch.

The focus of the a la carte menu is on serving unpretentious bistro style food with an emphasis on prime-quality steaks.

We only serve wines from our greater portfolio, and trust that you find the selection to your satisfaction.

    Regretfully, this was my least enjoyable meal at Guardian Peak. In line with my position as GM at Baruch Guesthouse, I book and refer many of our guests to Guardian Peak. I am a nig fan and recently also booked my son's wedding-lunch with you. Bringing a vegetarian guest for lunch yesterday, it was such a disappointed to be informed that there was no fish option. No effort was made to discuss an alternative vegetarian option for my guest, besides offering 1 portion of tuna. I feel the unavailability of certain menu items should be communicated on the day. We would gladly have postponed, and rather return for a meal we actually wanted. Thank you.

    Am a wine club member and always enjoy my visits to GP. My happy place and staff are always welcoming and have a few favourites on the menu.

    We had a lovely afternoon, with amazing food and stunning views . A special mention to Werner, our waiter, who was absolutely lovely and very attentive. We will definitely visit again !
