The Guardian Peak Winery and Restaurant opened in December 2005, and since then, has been a popular destination in the winelands of Stellenbosch.

The focus of the a la carte menu is on serving unpretentious bistro style food with an emphasis on prime-quality steaks.

We only serve wines from our greater portfolio, and trust that you find the selection to your satisfaction.

    We were disappointed with our experience.Thecstaff were great,welcoming,friendly and professional. Our starters were excellent-delicious butternut soup and salt and pepper squid. So far so good.Our main courses were disappointing. Lamb chops were over cooked and gristly,the chicken curry had absolutely no curry flavour.The manageress immediately changed them,and there was an improvement, but nowhere near as good as we had hoped. A real shame as we heard such good reports about Guardian Peak.
