    Found hair on my wife’s food and there was no remorse shown by the waiter , changed waiters without communication… good character and professionalism from the lady supervisor

    Food and ambience were great, and the service started off good. Towards the end, we continously had to go get the server. It would be understandable if it was super busy, but we were the only table there. After ordering drinks/coffees, our server didnt come back for a good 10min. Had to ask another server for the menus which we did not get upon arrival. After our meal, we had to hunt down the server as our plates sat empty on the table for 10-15min . Some places will check in while you eat to make sure the food is good or so, but thay didn't happen, or even to make sure everything is alright. We then asked for the bill, and after 10min or so had to find the server again to make the payment. Those delays affected our first time visit to Guild, and affected how our 5 star start of service became a 2/3ish star.

    An absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of great—every dish was packed with flavor and expertly prepared. What really made the night special was the beautiful ambience and the perfect background music that tied the whole room together. The warmth and hospitality from the team were unmatched, and the overall quality of service was truly top-tier. I can’t recommend this place enough! We had an absolute great time with my family.

    The Guild never disappoints with the atmosphere. It was so warm and cosy. The service was impeccable as always. I ordered chicken livers. A dish I always come back to. On this occasion however the chef was heavy handed with the salt, which was such a shame.
