    Have not been to this restaurant in 18 years and sad to say that the standards have dropped. The venue was 1/3 full, the menus are old laminated things with frayed edges and a number of items still stated are discontinued yet the menu is not updated, service is pleasant yet hurried, inexperienced and in most cases naive. The restaurant is tired, the men’s toilet is in need of maintenance. We were brought two dishes in error and whilst not realising that ourselves as we had taken advice of the waiter for our order, we had eaten one of the dishes when the error was spotted and was told that we would have to pay for what we ate. It was added to the bill, but we requested not to pay that item. Overall a once iconic experience is now a distant memory and I sadly won’t be returning to eat here until investment is made for improvements

    I was disappointed in the food.The dim sum and tapas used to be amazing a few years ago.Also the lighting was too bright above the table...

    Faultless food and service. Very surprised that the restaurant was not full as we think it is the best Asian cooking in Cape Town! Perhaps needs some more publicity and an improved decor and ambience.
