    Unfortunately, we weren't at all satisfied. We've been going to the Harbour House in Kalk Bay for 20 years, but the quality and service there are declining. Instead of opening more and more new stores, they should work on their service and quality. The service yesterday was really not good.

    This is my third time of trying to write this review. This was a terrible experience. We are 4 brits who live here and we will not be back. The food was adequate but 3 of the 4 starters were delivered wrong - basic stuff. A 4 oyster dish delivered with 3, a beetroot carpaccio without the proper quantities and a gnocchi which had sat on the pass for so long as to be inedible. In a restaurant with maybe 4 tables. Manageress tried to fix but with no understanding of the problem and waitress was fine but super slow. How long does it take to bring a glass for bubbles. Seriously, this restaurant will not survive on the strip during season. Especially not at that price. None of us will come back.
