Amazing venue and setup. The vibe was great and had a DJ. The service was exceptionally poor and slow. There was a 10 people next to my wife and I and both ourselves and them waited nearly 50min to an hour for food and regular service. My wife also ordered a hot chocolate which simply didn’t come. Our meals arrived without any cutlery and we had to ask twice for it and we also had to ask for napkins serviettes and wet wipes more than three time. The setup of the venue is amazing but it was obvious to see the venue and kitchen could not handle the full capacity of the guests. The best service was by one of the runners Lexolo who actually looked like he was enjoying his job and checking up on customers the manager and our waitress were chasing there tails all night.

Our server was lovely but there were insufficient servers. We waited at least 20 minutes for our first drink and the same for our second drink. It meant that I ate my main course without wine. My husband's mussels were cold so they had to make another dish for him which meant I had finished my dinner before he got his. We have been to the same restaurant in Cape Town twice and had excellent meals and service on both occasions. So this was a great disappointment and I cannot recommend it.

The restaurant has a good ambience and was quite busy. The greeting was pleasant and we were shown to a nice table. The food was well presented and tasty - not the best we have had since we've been in Cape Town. The front of house staff were friendly and efficient, but the major issue was the food was extremely slow in being delivered. In fact we had to ask for our starter, and then had to ask twice for our main course. We decided not to wait for coffee and dessert!!! Very disappointed 😞
