    What a disaster!!! First the waiters had to run around look at all the names on the tables to seat you. Then you given a plastic shot cup to taste the wine with really shocking, the distribution of the tasting was another disaster our table kept being missed we had to continually call a waiter and wait. The waiting times for service was shocking. We never had any food due to poor organisation extremely slow kitchen and heard from other tables food was not very good. I was expecting minimal platter of a variety of cheese, crackers, olives, fruit etc, pathetic service.

    We had a booking to watch the wine comedy last night! I called re dinner availability and table placement and was told it was sorted. When we arrived the earlier show was still on, we were never told about wine pairing for the evening, no spoons to serve salad with and our show started 45mins late. Noisy from the bar area so could hardly hear comedian, Was served a palate cleanser which after taking a sip or 2 was told it came at a cost of R70 each which should have been a choice, majority of people watching left halfway through the show including us. Certainly NOT value for money and very bad planning. Comedian was also not up to scratch as per what was advertised..

    After we ordered starters our waiter took the menus and disappeared. We felt akward to order more food so we left
