    I recently dined at Harry and James and had a mostly wonderful experience! The food and drinks were enjoyable, and the setting was elegant. Our server was well-mannered and attentive to our table, making sure we had everything we needed. However, I did have a bit of a letdown with the pricing and portioning. According to the menu, a full portion of chicken strips comes with chips, but when my dish arrived, it didn't include the chips and the portion size seemed smaller than expected. I felt a bit misled, which took away from my overall experience. Despite this, the atmosphere and service were great, and I'd consider returning if they clarified their menu descriptions.
