    Service was disappointing , at the bar the guy with the plaits loaded my tab but then told me to pay because there was too many ppl .my waitress with the Bob hairpiece my food took forever to come then I was told there was a mix up when it came the chips was soft and not crispy .Time to pay the bill showed the incorrect meal which was double the price compare to what I ordered .I am fairly a regular but I have never experienced such down graded service .I love coming to Havana and will again ,but hope the service will improve.ps it was my birthday afterall.

    We had a platter for R420.00 but there was so little food on the platter. Definately not worth it. Wont be doing that again.

    The evening was well worth it,especially the foods.Drinks were not bad,unless you knew their drinks specials(which the waiters won't make you aware of nor the times).Evening was very much enjoyable until receiving the final bill at the end of evening which I scrutinized and found the waiter/assistant manager concoxed.On questioning the manager and owner, I just received apologies and was told ,the waiter switched figures. This still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Nonetheless, it was a 40th well enjoyed.

We will be sure to remind the staff to promote our specials, thank you for pointing it out. It was very unfortunate that the waiter made the error that he did. We were indeed quite perplexed as we have never experienced an issue like this before and it is unfortunately human nature to jump to worst possible conclusion. He too was mortified as he initially could not explain it. It was not intentional. It was only when he retraced his actions did he discover that he had made a dyslexic error and flipped two digits. We are deeply sorry that this happened to you as it does indeed leave a bitter taste in ones mouth at the end of a good evening. Thank you for being understanding and gracious on the evening, we appreciate it immensely.
