    The waiter Issy played a huge part of our evening which was very disturbing on the service part. He was not listening to instructions given properly and we waited long periods for our orders. Thank you

    Hi Charlene, I am so sorry about the service that you received form Izzy, he is very new to the floor and it has become quite evident that he requires a lot more training, which we are following up on. Thank you for bringing it to our attention both last night and now. We truly appreciate the feedback as we do miss things at times. Hopefully we can still mold him into a decent waiter. He was initially employed as a runner, but showed such enthusiasm for the floor that we gave him a chance. He is still clearly very rough around the edges. Please accept our sincere apologies for it having to be your party that bore the brunt of his lack of training.
