Marks offers evenings of live entertainment set against after-hours views into the working wine cellar. A curated programme showcases emerging talent alongside established performers, complemented by artfully crafted cocktails prepared by the Marks mixology team.

Breakfast is served daily until 11:00, followed by Tapas from 12:00 to 21:00.

Afternoon Tea is offered on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, featuring a seasonal selection of sweet and savoury bites served with premium teas.

Hazendal’s wines, crafted by Cellar Master Kiara Scott Farmer, are available to complement the experience, thoughtfully paired with small plates created by Culinary Director Phil Carmichael.
