    The positives: the food was delicious (especially the pastries - exceptional). Everything was fresh and well-presented. The downside: I especially called ahead to ensure we have a table with a view for my dad's 86th birthday. It was disappointing to arrive and there was no note about this. When I asked to be placed at a window table, we had to sit at a dirty table and have it set up for us. No one knew about the birthday so I had to make special mention of it. The birthday song and cupcake were a nice touch though. The website said breakfast extends to 12h00 on Sundays, but by 11h30, it felt like we were in the way (resetting tables around us) and I was told that I could not order a smoothie as it would be too much work at that time. I got a juice instead. I recommend that you make it clear that service ends 11h30 and you can stay on until 12h00 then. I think the price tag is very high for a breakfast, even for a special occasion. Thank you for the delicious food, our waitress was lovely and the setting is very pretty.
