Some of the dishes were great and value for money. However we were very disappointed with the Chicken Kiev.so little chicken, small in size and filled veg could hardly taste the blue cheese. The noodles veg was very very oily. Kungao was rather small for an adult esp., considering the price. Lastly we made a reservation thinking we will have good sea view. But we were inside. The reason given was it was drizzling. Drizzle only came early .in the morning. Would we come again? I don't think so. Also the

We where seated and orders where taken. We waited for an hour for our food. Waiter brought out the wrong meal for my partner. She ordered chicken Kiev they brought out Kung pow chicken. When the food arrived the noodles and vegetables for the chicken Kiev where uncooked. The chicken kiev was burnt aswell. Flavored terribly. My meal had raw garlic in it. Mash potatoes where lumpy and still had pieces of whole potatoes in it. Walk ins seated after us received their food before us and we booked a table. Ordered another drink and never received it. We understand delays on valentine's but uncooked food is unacceptable then the audacity to charge a service fee for such a poor dinning experience is a insult.
