Homespun was thoughtfully designed to transport you away from the stress of the outside world. We offer a unique adaptation of European cooking methods, influenced by Asian, local and worldly flavours.

The Restaurant was built out of the creative mind of Matt Schreuder. After several years of experience in top Michelin star restaurants across the globe, Matt decided to open his dream restaurant in Cape Town: Homespun by Matt.

    I took my 10 year old son for a Mommy & Son dinner date, and it was one of the most incredible experiences for him. The food was phenomenal. The service was excellent. He cannot wait to go back! Thank you for making this a highlight of his little life.
