They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy a Hudsons burger - and that right there is the epitome of happiness.

The freshly baked golden bun with just the right amount of crisp outside and pillowy softness inside; don't underestimate the power of two really good buns, we certainly don't.

If you know us, we don't take life too seriously - we stay up too late, we play the music too loud and wear our jeans a little tighter than they should be. When it comes to our burgers though, it's serious business. We want to make sure that every last bite smacks you through the face with a big whack of happiness.

Thanks to our juicy, perfectly seasoned, sizzled, griddled and charred free-range beef patties, cradled oh-so-gently in-between those aforementioned bronzed buns and draped in our world-famous sauces with generous toppings, each mouthful is simply glorious.

    The food was delicious and food presentation was great. The ambience was great since we were sitting outside although the occasional smell of cigarettes while eating was not comfortable. Value for money is good but could be better - the portions of food for some dishes are small with a higher price. The service wasn’t great, we waited an hour for starters for some people in our group. The starter was nachos which shouldn’t take long to prepare. We also waited long for mains afterwards.

    We were a big table for a birthday dinner & our waitress was amazing. The restaurant was very busy & we had service with a constant smile. The salads had a few ingredients missing and the great manager took them off the bill with sincere apologies. I would recommend Hudsons Claremont. Thank you

    I reserved a table for 5pm. I was stuck in traffic and came 15 minutes late. The waitress was quite rude and gave our table to other people and said we should have called. We were completely unaware that we needed to call in advance for merely 15 minutes. Enough to ruin someone’s mood! We then had to wait until there was another table available. Food and drinks were up to standards as always. I felt that the waitress could have handled the situation better.

    Burger was disappointing and over priced for what you get. Have had much better burgers for less at restaurants that aren’t “burger joints”. Very surprised and disappointed
