They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy a Hudsons burger - and that right there is the epitome of happiness.

The freshly baked golden bun with just the right amount of crisp outside and pillowy softness inside; don't underestimate the power of two really good buns, we certainly don't.

If you know us, we don't take life too seriously - we stay up too late, we play the music too loud and wear our jeans a little tighter than they should be. When it comes to our burgers though, it's serious business. We want to make sure that every last bite smacks you through the face with a big whack of happiness.

Thanks to our juicy, perfectly seasoned, sizzled, griddled and charred free-range beef patties, cradled oh-so-gently in-between those aforementioned bronzed buns and draped in our world-famous sauces with generous toppings, each mouthful is simply glorious.

    I visit Hudsons often as we live very nearby. The service is (almost) always fantastic. Today however it was terrible. Waitress appeared to not want to help us and required us to make consistent efforts to get her attention. Other tables around us had similar experiences. At the end a mandatory 12% was added to our bill, which is not consistent with usual outings here and appeared like an attempt to ensure we tipped given the poor service. Food and drinks were top though!

    Although the service was polite and efficient and the ambience was good, the food was a bit lacklustre for the value.

    We had a reservation which they somehow missed and we were lucky to finally get a table. We waited ages for the drinks and when the food eventually arrived almost 2 hours later we were already very agitated. The waitress profusely apologized and although I understand it wasn't necessarily her fault I find it really hard to recommend them. Honoring a booking is really not that hard. Will think twice before going there again.

    Our booking was not honoured table was given away even after I called to say we were running late and will be there in 10 mins. Manager did try his best to sort. 4 Drinks took 35 mins Burgers took over an hour for 4 burgers almost walked out Burgers were delicious though kinda worth the wait 😂

    We enjoyed burgers and pizza, and all was delicious. I ordered a side salad with my burger which I was very impressed with and it was delicious. Yummy salad leaves, cucumber, avo and even seeds with a delicious dressing. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

    A nice place. A little cold even though seated inside. But all in all a great burger joint.
