    Such an impeccable experience with top-tier service delivery, and the atmosphere is perfect for refreshing.Hugo is a very sophisticated rooftop venue with upscale dishes, delectable desserts, and wide range of fine wine. The rustic yet elegant ambiance and exceptional service make it a haven. Many thanks to Priscilla and Panase for your stunner service and our waiter made the whole experience unforgettable.
