    Yesterday we were reminded why we still love Hussar Grill all these years later... perfectly done steaks, good sides and no corkage. We paired our own choice wine at no extra cost and enjoyed a leisurely night out. All the staff were attentive, John and Vasan in particular made our experience a great one. I appreciate that the Oceans branch genuinely considers customer feedback and makes strides to exceed expectations. A great team and trustworthy branch, fast becoming one of our favourites.

    Great service, food was excellent but the 300g rump appeared to be a cut off & thin so it wasnt medium rare, other than that an awesome experience

    I didn't enjoy the date night special at Oceans. We are regular patrons of Hussar Grill, we visit other branches regularly. The date night menu is a great budget-friendly option when you didn't plan to go out, but you have to because the food is usually really good. This is the first time I felt the restaurant did not deliver. The menu had the same really good offerings but when the dishes came to the table, they were not good. For starters, the chicken livers had a hint of of the original flavour, but it was almost like there was some kind of soup mix added in it. The mussels were half the portion we usually receive. Both our steaks were overdone. The medium rare was done medium, , and the medium was well done. We sent just one back and it came back medium to well. We didn't send it back a second time. The desserts are still good. I heard good things about the regular menu at Oceans, so it's possibly just the date night menu that's not good. I will give the regular menu a try on the next visit. It would have been good value for money if the food was good but unfortunately we did not enjoy it yesterday.

    Food is excellent as always. Service has decreased a bit though. I’ve been to this branch many times in the past and it’s always been e. This time however service was a bit scattered despite the restaurant being quiet and the portion sizes have definitely gotten smaller. Also, Long Island Iced Tea needs to be added to the menu
