    We enjoyed an absolutely fabulous time at Clay Cafe painting pottery 🎨. The pizzas 🍕 were delicious and the coffees ☕️ brewed just perfectly. Killian gave us excellent service and Chris, the manager, was attentive and ensured that we enjoyed an optimal experience 🌟 We selected to avoid the "buzz and busyness" of the kiddos at Ipic Play park, so we were seated in the gorgeous Greenroom restaurant opposite ... with its serene atmosphere of beautiful foliage 🪴 🌿, tranquil music 🎶 and breathtaking views over Aurora and the mountains beyond 🌄 What a lovely way to spend an afternoon with a group of lovely ladies Celebrating Woman's Day 💃 🪄

    The Women's Day special experience was a great creative experience with a great vibe. The personnel were welcoming and friendly and explained the ceramic painting process clearly with a few tips!. We received a free cappuccino on arrival and could choose a pizza from menu. The pizza was delicious and cappuccino excellent! We were left to relax and create in our own time and were not chased. Great value for money experience! Highly recommended for a creative experience for small groups or a fun family outing! I will visit and create again! :)

    It was so relaxing. We had that Waffle breakfast and it was really a surprise and so tasty.

    Place is too small would be lovely if there was a place outside to paint. Bigger variety in pottery to paint. More bowls and plates. Overall we had a lovely time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food is well priced.

    The service is disgusting. I got to ipic play café durbanville on 17 July for my daughter and I to paint and have breakfast. We waited 20 minutes and was not served even though waiters were walking around. I asked a waiter to set the table for painting then 15 min later i had to flag someone else down for the menu. A while later i flagged someone else down to get my drinks. When the drinks eventually came, the waiter left it on the table and rushed off. 20 minute later i asked another waitress to take my order and she refused saying she isnt my waiter so she cant. I asked her to call my waiter for him to take my order I then waited 30 min and no show. I called the manager and informed him of whats going on. He just apologised and gave me a discount for my for the painting that my daughter was doing and drinks. I did not ask for a discount. That just showed how much they really dont care about the service. The staff they have are hardly at the top part of the restaurant and are mostly at the bottom part. They do not have enough staff and the current staff do not give a shit. I was ignored completely. The managers goodwill was a kick in the teeth. I had taken my daughter to another restaurant for breakfast. Its such a beautiful place but the disgusting service is enough for me to never come back. There are plenty of restaurants like yours which id rather driver further to than be treated like this as it was not the 1st time. I will definitely be spreading the word across social media that NO ONE at that restaurant cares. Even when the place is extremely busy, your managers (white man and woman) stand and watch but don't even help.
