    We had an excellent experience at Iron yesterday for my husbands birthday and our waiter Evidence was incredible! Left feeling like we had a 10/10 experience so thank you! Food was to die for!!

    my first time and everything was perfect. everyone made us feel seen and appreicated. I waiter was brilliant. Wishing all of you the best until the next time im in cape town. In the meantime ive spread the work. You will definitely see me again Keep up the brilliant service and great food.

    The evening was excellent. The entire group had only positive feedback to share. The burger special is out of this world and the ribeye on the bone was full beef flavor.

    We visited this "top-rated" steakhouse for a premium dinner, but the experience was a disappointment. While the kitchen and floor staff are clearly talented, the management’s attention to detail is severely lacking. The Highlights * The Food: To be fair, the two beef fillets were outstanding. The quality of the meat is undeniable. * The Service: Our servers were very attentive and professional, which made the environmental issues even more frustrating. The Failures: Inexcusable Ambiance * Deafening Noise: The restaurant felt more like a rowdy canteen than a high-end steakhouse. Whether due to "Wagyu Burger Day" or poor acoustics, the noise was extreme. Having to shout to hold a basic conversation at a premium establishment is unacceptable. Any "homely" atmosphere was non-existent. * Unprofessional Presentation: We were presented menus that had clearly been used several times and looked battered. For a restaurant of this class, this is cheap and unprofessional. The Missing Essential * No Béarnaise Sauce: For a specialized steakhouse, it is frankly bizarre—and frankly, a failure—that Béarnaise sauce is not available. It is a fundamental staple of steakhouse culture; it simply must be there.
