We offer three different whisky experiences – all of which includes a refreshing welcome cocktail; an in-depth tour of the distillery and maturation and a tasting of four of our flagship whiskies:

Wellingtoner - Tasting of four local favourite whiskies paired with nibbles.

Best of Both – Tasting of four whiskies, a combination of local favourites and special releases paired with nibbles.

    Duane was great! We had such a great time and the food and whiskey pairing was outstanding!! My husband has a severe banana allergy and Duane spared no expense in fixing him something without banana. We would 100% attend this again.

    The visit was an amazing. Learned so much and our guide was very knowledgeable. Will advise anyone to do the tour not only whiskey drinkers. It is wel worth your time learning about not just how whiskey is made but also how innovative the company are.

    My wife and I had an incredible experience at the James Sedgwick Distillery. We booked what we thought was just a whisky tasting on a Wednesday, as the website indicated tours were only available on Fridays and Saturdays. To our surprise, the tasting included a full distillery tour, which made the experience even better! We were the only two people on the tour, so it felt very personal. Our guide, Duane, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny. He made the tour engaging and entertaining from start to finish, and was happy to answer all our questions. The tasting itself exceeded our expectations. Not only did we enjoy the whisky package we selected, but we were also treated to samples of some unreleased whiskies, which was a real highlight and something we definitely weren't expecting. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and excellent value. I'd highly recommend the James Sedgwick Distillery to any whisky enthusiast. The only suggestion I'd make is to update the website so it accurately reflects that tastings include a tour, as it might encourage even more people to visit.
