Chef Lorianne Heyns takes an uncomplicated approach to food, delicately balancing flavours. Hers is the type of food you can eat every day of the week, but still feel as though you’re experiencing something truly wonderful.     We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Jean. I initially struggled to order because I am a vegetarian who does not eat eggs, and most of the Sunday breakfast options are egg based. However, the waiter was excellent and asked the kitchen to make me a bagel with avo and mushrooms and tomato, which was so delicious! Coffee was excellent too. Lovely restaurant and atmosphere, I would love to go back to try the risotto!
