We really enjoyed the visit. The starters that we ordered for the table to share were the highlight

The food really wasn’t very good, service was terribly slow for a near empty restaurant.

We hosted an event for 50 people at Jinsei and all the staff were exceptional! Great service, assistance setting up and breaking down, beautiful food and space. Thanks!

Food was average, which is super disappointing for the price, the salmon poke bowl was very strange, grapefruit and raw fish is a weird combination. The pork ramen was also very average, the chasu was quite chewy and hard to eat, the broth was overly spicy and had no flavour besides a strange sourness? But, the boa buns were quite delicious, and so was the whiskey sour cocktail. Lastly the service was a bit shocking for the price, we had multiple waiters, all of which could not attend to us to take our orders, or even bring us menus. A party of 4 that came about 15 minutes after our party of 2 got served before us… which was quite dissatisfying.

We ordered hot pot and it wasn’t good. It was very expensive too.
