    The food was good, but nothing particularly memorable. The spiral fries were a bit disappointing, as they were essentially regular fries coated in batter rather than true spiral-cut fries. The beef short rib was tender and full of flavour, but the dish felt like it was missing something. The rice was quite dry, and a sauce would have really brought the dish together. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, it seemed like he had a lot to manage, as there appeared to be only two waiters on duty. On a positive note, the wine selection was excellent.

    It was my first time at JINSEI and I had such a lovely experience. Everything was amazing, from the food to the service. Definitely paying them a visit again and hopefully soon.
