    We had my daughter’s birthday and it was very enjoyable. Skhae looked after the children kindly, the children played and ate, the adults enjoyed the calm atmosphere with good food and good company. I especially liked that the food and drinks were served promptly.

    We recently celebrated my son’s 5th birthday at Joy Jozi, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that every guest was comfortable and had everything they needed throughout the event. A special thank you to Abigail and Jenna for arranging everything so beautifully. The setup was stunning, the food was delicious, and every detail was presented with such care and professionalism. Despite the rain, the kids had an amazing time enjoying the indoor play facilities — a real lifesaver! Joy Jozi offers a premium experience, and the team genuinely goes out of their way to make the day perfect. Highly recommended for a child’s birthday party.

    I absolutely enjoyed my time there. The place is beautiful, chilled vibes and the staff is friendly. A loved the fact that there are heaters for when it’s cold or raining. They are not too hot, just the right temperature. My kids enjoyed every moment. Face painting and playing non stop. Definitely going to visit again.

    I recently celebrated my robing day at JoyJozi. My family had travelled from all corners of the country and I couldn’t think of a better and more cozy place to take them to celebrate my milestone. The ambience, the service, the food was all impeccable. My family got to sing and celebrate this special day comfortably and gracefully. Being able to celebrate a variety of occasions (birthdays, baptisms, robing) at a place that now feels like home for my family means everything. Thank you JoyJozi for making my day most memorable.

    Due to weather they were going to close the kitchen early at the same time as our booking. But they kept it open and allowed our sitting and accommodated us, with out making us feel rushed. It was great customer service. They took care of us very well.
