    Hi there, we booked our daughter's 9th birthday at Acrobranch and used Just Darling for the kids lunchboxes and take away pizzas. Everything was great and the kids lunchboxes was a hit.

    Restaurant is outstanding Great staff They were very busy , so service was slightly slower than expected. But overall a great outing

    I do have a complaint. I made a booking for 11am on the 4 July. On the morning I had some changes and called 7.45am on the 4 July to change the time to 12pm. The lady who assisted me assured me she will change but did not do so. I unfortunately cannot remember her she was a young lady. When we arrived the hostess said the booking was not changed. However,she made quick arrangements but we had to find another table by 2.30pm as it was booked. I was disappointed about it but we were ready leave anyway. I just feel the importance of taking calls and doing the changes to avoid what happened. Thank you Vanitha
