    We recently had the pleasure of visiting Karibu restaurant as part of an educational trip, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. At the restaurant, the manager personally came to our table, introduced themselves, and made us feel welcome. The service from the servers was exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to the servers who looked after us; your names and care won’t be forgotten. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor — it was literally blasting on our tastebuds. You could taste the passion and quality in every bite, and it gave us a true sense of what our guests will experience when they dine there. The atmosphere at all the venues was excellent. There was great music throughout, ,which made the experience even more memorable. At the end, the servers bid us goodbye with the same warmth they welcomed us with — it felt personal and genuine. We enjoyed ourselves immensely at the restaurant. It was an amazing time, and we left with a much better understanding of what makes these places special for guests.

    We had a group of 10. Great experience overall. Chicken dishes were okay, the rest was amazing.

    Firstly, I want to commend the staff on their very attentive service - absolutely no problems there. Overall, the food was OK - nothing awful but certainly not great. The mussel pot was really just a bowl of cream with some mussels in, not really seasoned and a bit sickly. The fish pate was quite sweet - again, not bad but not great. We had a meat sharing platter for our main - it was always going to be a bit of a challenge as we like our meats cooked differently, but agreed on medium rare as a compromise. Unfortunately, it was all cooked rare, which meant it needed to go back for extra cooking which left it a bit tough. Again, everything was also a bit under-seasoned which didn’t help. So, sadly, not the best experience despite our high hopes, but certainly not terrible and the staff really did their best to make things right.
