    Good venue, good food! Service is the pits and the manager is just a glorified head waiter not able to lead his team. We waited 50min for our food, waited 20min for our drinks… flagged the manager to complain about the poor service but he couldn’t care less about our issue, rushed to quieten us. No apology or acknowledgement! We nearly missed our show.

    Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was an exceptional first time experience. From the waiter to the good & drinks. The ambience of KOI is amazing. Definitely coming back again with more people

    Stuart thank you for reserving so promptly.. we had amazing service from Stanly our waiter , is is an asset to Koi and so friendly and efficient . The food was amazing however we could not do dessert as we needed to get to KennyG show. We live on the East Rand and although it’s a far drive, will definitely return soon Please thank Stuart for us. I hope he is valued at Koi. Thank you for everything
