    We had a wonderful team lunch at Koi Menlyn Maine. The food and cocktails are delicious and well priced and the staff friendly with good service.

    The food took incredibly long to arrive, arrived cold, and overcooked. The service started off okay, but deteriorated with each passing moment. We would not be attended to for periods of 30 mins +. We had to ambush our waiter to place an order for mains. Our starter dishes were not cleared and our drinks order not refilled for an extended period. The only decent thing is the ambience, really disappointed.
