    The place and the vibe was amazing. The food was okay and the dessert made my whole experience horrible. The waiter gave me a wrong dessert and I paid more for something I didn’t like. I had high expectations of the food based on the reviews.

    Unfortunately, our reservation was not handled appropriately. We arrived at the agreed time, only to be made to wait for a table. What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing another couple arrive after us and being ushered straight to their table while we were still waiting at the door. This was very poor service and left us feeling overlooked. That said, our waiter was extremely professional and provided world-class customer service throughout the evening. He was attentive, courteous, and did everything he could to make our experience enjoyable. Sadly, the ladies handling the reservations and managing the entrance appeared very disorganised, and their poor handling of the situation took away from what could otherwise have been a beautiful evening. It’s such a pity, because the restaurant has so much potential, and the excellent service from our waiter showed what a great experience could have been.

    Rita was an absolute breath of fresh air. She evade our night. Her warm and caring nature made us feel so comfortable. Please commend her. We will be back same seat and please same waitress.
