    Our first visit to this restaurant on Mother’s Day promised a beautiful experience with its 5-course set menu and pricing, but unfortunately, it fell terribly short. The experience started poorly with both the amuse-bouche and starters. The mushroom floret was soggy and overwhelmed by the cheese sauce, while the kudu was extremely tough and difficult to chew, clearly lacking the tenderness one would expect from properly prepared game meat. What disappointed us most, however, was the chef’s response. After politely requesting to understand why the kudu was so tough, the chef approached our table only to dismiss my son and I by implying that the dish was perhaps simply “not suited to our palate.” Before we could even finish speaking, he abruptly walked away from the table. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. To be fair, the main courses were enjoyable, although the palate cleanser portion was unusually large — almost dessert-sized — and the actual dessert itself was underwhelming, especially for a Mother’s Day dining experience that was clearly marketed as premium. The incident with the chef was reported to both the waitress and the manager, who apologized on his behalf, but the matter did not feel genuinely addressed. Even with the owner present at the restaurant, there appeared to be little concern about resolving the situation properly or ensuring guests felt respected. What stood out most was the chef’s attitude toward customers, as though diners are incapable of discerning quality or understanding how meat should be prepared and served. That level of arrogance overshadows the entire dining experience. As patrons, we know good food, we know good meat, and we certainly know how kudu should taste when prepared correctly. The chef could benefit greatly from learning humility, customer engagement, and proper preparation standards from establishments that truly understand game meat cuisine. #GreatlyDissapointedAndBelittled

    The headline was MIA casa they played five songs and disappeared. The restaurant worked in quantity and quality and not all the elements were present on the plate. Waiters to many and now one new what course you where on Absolutely no attention to detail owner walking around not engaging with clientele to ensure pleasurable experience.
