    Everything was fine (the food/drinks) a⁰until we heard about the 10% service charge which was never mentioned on my booking stage.

    Not what we were used to in the past. Food took really really long, and they were a bit understaffed for a busy night. Food used to be better as well.

    Service was a bit slow, but I will always come back to Kream for the menu/food. Carpatsio the best in South Africa.
