    Unfortunately, the service was really slow, and I am not sure whether this was due to the restaurant being fully booked or another operational issue. We had booked for 15 people, but upon arrival it appeared that the team was not adequately prepared for us, which resulted in a very long wait for our food. While I must say the food itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing. In addition, the upstairs room did not have the same warm and inviting ambience as the downstairs area. There was no background music playing, which made the atmosphere feel flat and less enjoyable for our graduates' celebration gathering. I have dined at Kream many times before and have always enjoyed the experience, which is why yesterday’s experience was particularly disappointing. I left feeling dissatisfied and, regrettably, not confident in recommending the restaurant to others based on this visit. Or coming back myself.

    Everything was fine (the food/drinks) a⁰until we heard about the 10% service charge which was never mentioned on my booking stage.

    Not what we were used to in the past. Food took really really long, and they were a bit understaffed for a busy night. Food used to be better as well.
