    The overall experience @ Kream Brooklyn was good. The ambience was great, the food, exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone celebrating a special occasion.

    We had a booking for a family of 7 and are thankful we had Linda assisted us and made the experience lovely. Other than that, the atmosphere at Kream Brooklyn is quite dull and the other waiters refused to assist us because they were not allocated to our table, which is odd and unpleasant. Logan came to introduce himself and support for the new waiter but did not bother to check on us nor how the experience was going throughout. The front desk lady was also very helpful and accommodative, which we appreciate. Food was just okay and didn’t make up for the unpleasant atmosphere.
