    What an amazing Christmas dinner for our family. The service I received when booking the dinner, from offering a private room (we can be a noisy family) to the moment I left was something more than I could ever have expected. From helping with a menu to the promptness of serving was out of this world. The food was as someone said "to die for doll". I would recommend Kream to anyone who enjoys quality from all sides.     We were very impressed with Kream. It exceeded all our expectations. Bit pricey, but definitely worth while.

    What a total disappointment. Christmas Lunch was such a letdown. What happened to one of the best restaurants in Pretoria. Where once this was "Thee Place" to eat to now a place that totally failed dismally and is as ordinary as a Spur. We ordered Venison Carpacio Roses only to be served Venison Carpacio starter with nuts which my daughter is allergic to. We then ordered mains, the waiter was only able to place 1 out of the 3 dishes correct. The waitress was absent, empty cans were left on out table, I even went so far as to crush them to make it more obvious, still nothing. I was only attended to by another waitress that I had to actually stop. No floor manager visited us once. Person providing the menu of the day was trying to sing the menu in order to remember it. This lunchbwas topped off with the chef trying to imitate Hordon Ramsey by screaming and throwing stuff around in the kitchen. Will i ever go back to Kream Brooklyn again? The answer is an absolutely NO!!!. What a total miss, didn't even opt for a desert, as I was just too happy to get out of there. Kream you were seriously one of the top places to eat. Get things back to where it was, as this is not the Kream of days past.

    The food was superb. Compliments to the Chef. The servers were friendly and helpful, however, we would have liked to see them a little more frequently. I just wish the table could have looked a bit more set. There were no lamps on the table, no festive decor on the table. That is what creates part of the ambience. I just felt that something was mssing. Love Kream. Merry Christmas to everyone there. We appreciate your hard work, while others could come and enjoy your beautiful Restaurant.
