    Our waiter was extremely poor, we had to call her for EVERY drink, EVERY meal, as well as the bill at the end. She NEVER came to us, we had to call her the whole time. Kream is an amazing restaurant, but you really have to look at your waiters, very very poor.

    Kream was absolutely beautiful, from the scrumptious food to the amazing service provided by Linda. It was such a beautiful experience and thank you Kream.

    It was a busy night, which should be a norm in a service environment but. Everyone was running all over each other - the waiting stuff. The menu has no proper vegetarian options, I was served a rotten chicken and saw a few other people returning theirs. The steaks were not done according to how they were ordered and had to be returned. The risotto was worse than mielie rice. The cocktails were good. The service was a complete let down, we couldn’t even order dessert because there was no one to order from and yet they charged a service fee. I wouldn’t recommend Kream. It’s lost the touch it had.

    First all our waitress was so impatient with us to the point she told us to hurry as she’s serving other tables. The chairs have stains, it’s so bad. Plating of food was not up to standard, verges were raw. The only thing I enjoyed was the oysters and my daughter enjoyed her sushi as well.

    I loved the service, i lobed the staff.... As a chef myself i appreciated the excellent food and excellent customer service. Your trainees are also top notch. That lady who was serving me .... You should invest in her. She has a future in hospitality. I loved the fact that even my introverted family and my differently abled sister felt safe and at home

    Their comfort food was not nice , we ordered lamb shank and oxtail both dishes weren’t nice, the food lacked flavour
