    We visited Kream for the first time last night after reading many great reviews and seeing it highly recommended on Tripadvisor. I was really excited to experience it for myself. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing overall. The salmon I ordered was completely overcooked, and the rest of the meal felt quite average and bland. My husband ordered the sirloin biltong blue, but it came with only a few slices of biltong on top and just a splash of sauce, which meant there was very little of the blue cheese flavour coming through. That being said, the service was exceptional. The staff are incredibly well trained, attentive, and professional. The personalised dessert and photo we received were also such a thoughtful and special touch that really stood out and made the evening memorable. Sadly, the food did not live up to the expectations created by the reviews, but the hospitality certainly deserves recognition.
