    We had a fabulous time and the food was great. The food just came to quickly between the starters and other meals. Also we were not aware there were another event after ours on. Otherwise we had a great time.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ A Broken Reservation System Spoils a Graduation Celebration I booked a table for two a day in advance to celebrate my graduation. I received a clear confirmation for "Restaurant" seating at 8:00 PM. Upon arriving on time, we were told our table wasn't ready and were instructed to wait at the bar. When I presented my confirmation, the receptionist was dismissive. After a 20-minute wait, we were finally given a table next to the bar—the exact opposite of the quieter restaurant seating we had reserved and requested. The entire experience shows a complete disregard for customers who do the right thing by booking ahead. A reservation here is not a guarantee; it's merely a suggestion. They failed to honor their commitment, disrespect our time, and undermined a special occasion. The quality of the food is irrelevant when the core service is this unprofessional. I cannot recommend any restaurant that treats its patrons with such contempt for their time and reservations.
