    This establishment (Kream Brooklyn) has long been our family’s preferred destination for special celebrations, and we have consistently recommended it to friends and colleagues over the years. Regrettably, I must state that our recent visit has fundamentally altered our perception for the worst, as we encountered an unacceptable delay of nearly two hours before our food was served. This extended wait caused considerable inconvenience and diminished the celebratory atmosphere entirely. When the meal finally arrived, the quality was equally substandard. Several dishes were served at cold temperature, the chips were noticeably dry and stale, and the onion rings carried a distinct, unpleasant taste of old or burnt cooking oil; a flaw that is both unappetising and indicative of neglected kitchen maintenance. Most concerning, however, was the evident reduction in portion sizes. The servings were conspicuously smaller than on any previous visit, to the point where it felt less like a refinement of plating and more like a disproportionate cost-cutting measure that undermines the value proposition of your menu prices. Given that this was meant to be a special occasion, the combination of excessive delay, poor food quality, and smaller portions rendered the evening thoroughly disappointing. I trust this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to restore the standards that once made your restaurant a standout choice.

    Everything was well and up to par but the service was not so good. They took time to take our order, did not attend to the table as frequent to ask if we are ohkay. We had to wait about 30mins before our table's order was taken and that was after we complained. So that really put me off. Overall the food and the ambience was exceptional
