    The Springbok dish of the day was served with a garnish of green leaves. At first glance, I thought they might be Spanish, but the flavor was disappointingly absent. They added nothing to the plate and did the dish no justice. Either remove them entirely or replace them with something that truly carries the taste of Spanish greens. The Pork Belly, on the other hand, was paired with mash that felt heavy—far from the light, silky texture we’ve come to expect from Kream’s signature mash.
