    Waitress(idk her name) made sure to order things on our behalf so that the bill stacks up and she wouldn't tell us. Made the experience horrible on my birthday

    Great expectations. Having been to Kream some years before, now returning we came with much anticipation. Walking up the stairs from the parking area we were assaulted by the offensive sound of the f-word being used by a manager dressing down some staff. This did not fit with a restaurant of this calibre. The guilty party realised his error when seeing us approach and apologised as he led us to our table, however, it left a sour taste. Is this how Kream is managed ? Surely not. As we had booked well ahead of the date, being seated in a corner overlooking the road and a nearby garage was somewhat of a disappointment, so we asked to be moved to an area where we could experience the ambiance expected of the restaurant. The decor is eclectic with interesting touches, like the driftwood figure and varied art work on the walls. We were tempted to move to the mezzanine but chose to stay on the lower level. Our waitress, Phillipine, was attentive and has a good sense of humour. On advising us of the specials, we abandoned the Luncheon menu, which offered a number of more casual meals, and chose the Tuna tartar, which, alone, is worth a return visit. We each chose the fillet for mains, served with bone marrow and Camembert respectively. The selection of wines is extensive, and we paired these with our dishes. A worthwhile return to a well known and respected name - despite the unsavoury introduction

    Great experience I had with my colleagues yesterday, I would on any day recommend Kream restaurant to my friends Coming from fragrances business i loved the perfumes set up on the toilet door. So courteous
