    Our waiter Joseph really made the experience enjoyable. He took special care of us as we were celebrating a special milestone. The food was good. One of the best places that I’ve been to in a very long time.

    Saw Kream Restaurant on Tik Tok as people posted it during their Celebrations. As my daughters graduation day was getting closer, I visited the restaurant to personally enquire about bookings and Met a Professional Receptionist Ms Fiona, who explained all the details. A day before the Graduation day I called her on her personal number and unfortunately she was day off, but took my call professionally and ensured me she will pass the massage to her team, a booking for a family of 4 was made a special request for the Elegant Table was honored.Day of Graduation came and we later proceeded to the Restaurant for a special dinner. The top floor was not opened for customers, but Fiona ensured my family reservations were made and we privileged to have the top floor only for our family. Mr Given our Dinning room attendant went out of his way to give an excellent experience.The Chef who prepared the exquisite food for us came to check upon us and the Manager Gary came to greet us and congratulate our daughter for her achievements. We felt like Royals, 1st time experience as a family and 1st visit to the Fine Dinning Experience will be forever greatfull. This was a personal experience, where we felt acknowledged, Respected and loved. It was not about how much we spent, but more on the experience. I keep on saying experience as Kream understands and sends a strong massage that customers are not looking for only good food but good connection and experience. Fiona has exceeded our expectations and Given was not just a dinning room attendant but became a friend to the family, the jokes and laughter you would think we knew each other previously. This was an amazing, unforgettable experience. We have found ourselves not a restaurant but a home with friends when we wish to celebrate in future.
