    My girlfriend and I were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and Kream decorated our table with rose patels, my girlfriend enjoyed the sparkling wine so much, please tell us which one was it so I can buy it for her at home. The food was amazing, the staff is so friendly, the playlist in the background made me want to propose to her right there and then. Moving forward we celebrating ALL our special occasions with you Kream. The couple's 3 course menu is such a brilliant idea it promotes datenights and love. Perhaps add it for sundays as well for sundays are for lovers😊

    We made a reservation at Kream for dinner (yesterday) 26th April to celebrate my birthday. We arrived on time for our 19:30 booking. We placed our orders for both starters and mains shortly after being seated. The starters(sushi) arrived without much delay, but the main courses took far longer than expected. Despite following up multiple times with the staff, we were met with vague responses and told that they weren’t sure what the issue was in the kitchen. Eventually, our mains only arrived around 21:10… well over an hour after we ordered. When the food finally did come, my risotto was overcooked and lacked flavor, no amount of salt or pepper could salvage it. I managed just a few bites before giving up on the dish altogether. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of expectations, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. Given the poor service and disappointing food, I doubt we’ll be returning any time soon.
