    Only visit this restaurant for the ostrich steak, 3rd visit yesterday and it was terrible.last 2 occasions it was amazing. The presentation and recipe has changed and both wife and mine were tough and flavorless. They did remake mine, so kudos for that. Service was below average, requested a glass of water, had to remind staff twice. Requested Chilli twice before it arrived, and then charged for 2 salads when we only ordered 1. Will unfortunately never return to thr restaurant.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your most recent visit did not meet the standard you experienced on your previous occasions with us. Regarding the ostrich steak, while our recipe has not intentionally changed, consistency is something we take very seriously, and it’s clear that we fell short on this visit. We appreciate you acknowledging that the dish was remade, although we regret that it did not fully restore your experience. We also apologise for the delays in service you mentioned, particularly with water and condiments. This is not the level of attentiveness we aim to provide, and this will be addressed with our team. With regard to the salads, we would like to clarify that two side salads were requested to be served together in one bowl, which is why they were charged as two sides. That said, we regret any misunderstanding around this and always aim for clear communication. It is disappointing to hear that you feel you won’t return, especially after enjoying your previous visits. Should you ever reconsider, we would welcome the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
