    The views are stunning and the food was amazing but the waitress was all over the place, it wasn't even busy but we had to constantly ask other staff to assist us.

    We had a really nice dinner at La Parada Kloof astreet. We got the tapas platter for two which we enjoyed a lot. They made me the best non alcoholic cocktail.

    We came to La Parada with expectations that we thought they would be able to meet but unfortunately it was not that way. My partner and I waited about an hour before we were attended to even though we had reservations, and that really disappointed us. The food was a bit bland but still edible, it did not meet its value. The drinks were good. The ambiance was lovely but with disappointment lingering it did not suffice. I hope you understand where I’m going from.

    We understand that it was valentines and busy but we literally were only served drinks after 45 mins of arriving, we felt like our table wasn’t given much attention. The food was good though.

    Good day , herewith my review for last night's experience at the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:18 pm and placed a drink order almost immediately. Unfortunately, the drinks never arrived, and our waiter did not return to check on us. We could see her passing by our table several times without engaging. After some time, we asked another waiter about the delay and the lack of service. We were told there was “traffic at the bar,” which was confusing, as tables that were seated after us received their drinks, and even food, before we did. After waiting over an hour without any service, we eventually decided to leave. It was a disappointing experience, especially as we were looking forward to spending our evening there. Attention to guests and basic communication would go a long way in improving the service.
