    Am really disappointed with them. Service from our waiter was great and friendly. We orderd a meat platter to share. It includes a full spatchcock chicken. They had no chicken and asked whether we will accept 6 additional chicken wings. We accepted with the proviso that the total costs be considered as the disdch was now minus 1 full chicken and plus 6 chicken wings. Our waiter confirmed it would be. Manager then reneged on it and still charged us the same amount. We will never go back to any La Parada ever again.

    The food and ambiance was good but we definitely won’t be going back. The service was horrific. We had to run after the waiters to get menus, to get them to clean our table, to check on the food which took over an hour to arrive. Every drink you order arrives 30 mins later or doesn’t arrive. The bill was wrong and they charged extra for drinks we didn’t order. Toilets weren’t clean, no toilet paper. So many staff just wondering around chatting but not actually working. For an expensive high end restaurant it was very disappointing.

    Booked a table for 4, and although we were the only people in the restaurant at around 12:30 the mains took an hour to come out. Service was wonderful and good atmosphere. I’d just say dine here when you have extra time.
