    Only problem I have is y’all toilets, they are very dirty and I couldn’t tell which one is for male or females.

    The food is not great and I think it is the franchise as a whole because I have been to a couple in different provinces.The service is extremely bad especially at Rosebank,I came on Wednesday and had my farewell yesterday.Eric tried to manage the situation but the female waitress just disappointed us the entire time,she is not familiar with the menu,she is not consistent with her check-in and honestly she isn’t a good waitress.The staff there requires intense training and ability to know what their job spec is and what is required from them from clients.

    We had an excellent experience! It was my daughter’s 18th birthday party and everyone had so much fun. Thanks to our incredible waiter and the manager Eric. We really had a very good experience.

    We had an amazing experience here thanks to Eric the manager and Lindo. Excellent team and Eric ensured smooth service and had such a welcoming vibe. Lindo was super attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. Overall it was a top-notch service! Highly recommend.
