    Customer Service HORRIBLE. We had to find a waiter on our own after long awaited time sitting to be asked by someone at least one waiter no1 came until we called the dreadlocks guy to assist. 2. Food came 23:58 pm while it was ordered few minutes past 22:00pm. Other people who came way before us recieved drinks and food b4 us who came first. We ended up leaving some of that pizza hence that was only gonna be our starter. For us big spenders on food and vibe, La Parada gaves false advertisement unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it to anyone thnx.

    It was very packed on Christmas cause there to back pack of immediate attention on us as the customers BUT the meal😭😭wow shame…. Wow the money and the wait

    Most people who were also there on Christmas there were not happy.The food took long and when it finally came it wasn’t perfect.The failed to deliver on the menu they promised.The mash for the main was still raw and very clumpy.The Malva was also not baked well.Ice cream melted by the time I got my plate.

    We had Christmas lunch 25 Dec 2025. Booked for 16 people. Service was terrible. Ordered at 1pm,food arrived at 4pm in drips and drabs. Spoilt our day as we were starving by that time and had lost our appetite. If you decide to open on Christmas day please get the serving team on par. Non of us will ever go back there..u have lost patrons who love to eat out and would be continuous support. Management is to blame because everything starts there. Thank u to the short staffed waiters who tried there best but fell short because of lack of management planning and insight. Extremely disappointed 😞 😞
