    Food was great but service was very slow and waitress was sometimes forgetful of what we asked her to bring to our table. I spent almost R3000 and I don’t feel I got the value for my money

    I had a pork chop which was dry and overcooked. The salad was nice though. Also had cheesecake for dessert, the base was wet and soggy. The caramel was overdone so it tasted bitter

    We spent a very pleasant evening with lovely food and attentive service. Only little issue was that with the ongoing evening the music grew louder so we had to sit outside to have a conversation. Which was fine as staff kindly furnished us with blankets. So a very nice evening indeed! Thanxx, Jutta

    Shane was incredibly helpful and accommodating with the booking and arrangements. He made the process of arranging our 50 person month-end function a breeze. The waitstaff were amazing and the service was great! Thank you Shane, Pinky and Nomtandazo!!

    We had a very terrible experience at your establishment to a point that we had to go to another restaurant. Reason being when we arrived the waiter attended us and came back after 15 minutes to take an order,there after another close to 15-20 minutes as the place was not even that busy at the time tables wee still open for more reservations.After she took our drinks order which also came after more than 10-15 minutes with wrong order of drinks then brought back correct order but without glasses.Mind you at that time we haven’t taken the food order which was perhaps gonna take more than anticipated as waiter disappear for long time but for upfront welcoming are there which make no sense to us as customers who needed attention .there is more than enough stuff in front to do that .Waitress did not show more care and don’t have remorse of paying attention to detail.This was our first time at this branch which left a bitter taste to a point we had to change restaurant and the same waiter when we finished our drinks and went to front tills to pay did not even ask us if we were okay or seem to care about leaving. This incident took place around 7pm.
