    Music was good, food was good but the service wasnt great, they lost our reservation even though we booked on dineplan & they barely attended to us. Also the cocktails were so watered down, could barely taste any alcohol.

    From time we placed ordered and the time we received the food it took almost 1,5 hours and food wasn’t served to the table one time, orders were forgotten and the margarita pizza was excluded from the bill since it came after everyone ate their starters , thankfully the parent ordered the pasta which the 8 year old ate whilst waiting for the pizza.. apparently the chef was having a bad day … desserts also took forever to come and then we had to also wait almost 20-30 minutes for the meals We could understand if the restaurant was busy and too many orders don’t would have been expected however the empty was full with possible 5-6 tables full… One of our guests who lives near gateway told us that this is always the case with this restaurant so we shud never come again as he had 2 other separate experiences just like this one yesterday. The manager also never came to check up that everything is fine or alert us that there are delays which we could then understand …no communication with guests why they took so long… no fault of waitress so she was tipped accordingly however management need to address this poor service due to such long delays from Kitchen and no communication. Reputation will be ruined as we will be alerting our family and friends to stay away from the restaurant. We will never recommend to anyone due to our and past experiences dining here. Also the portions are so small we shud have ordered starters had we known that portions compared to Other restaurants are not the same.

    Waiter was all over the place not paying attention. The place was not full so he had no excuse. Got our order wrong. The 5% service fee was not disclosed. Very disappointing!!!
