    First I would like to compliment Uncle Sam( THEE MANAGER) for his exceptional and warm service. I would also like to give my sincere thanks to Phumi our dedicated waitress that served with a smile and was ever so accommodating to our every need and want. Thank you Laparada for an excellent experience this will be my place off choice whenever I am in Durban. Once again a heartfelt gratitude to our Gracious host SIR Sam. Aka Uncle Sam to me and my dear friend Brian.

    I had bad experience regarding a call I received from one of your staff members which lead to me arriving at your restaurant an embarrassement what I was told and what I heard was totally different it was very embarrassing to me at the door.The staff members at the door are very rude an didn't even apologize. They certainly need to get more training on customer service.
