    Exclusive dining experience. Beautiful venue, unique views while you savour the exquisite courses, well presented. Delicious complimentary starter. Cherry on the top: our all time favourite desert, Mille Feuille.

    i was really looking forward to the dining experience at this restaurant but the service was terrible and it just made the entire thing terrible

    Service started off really bad, seeing that I paid R500 deposit to dine at a restaurant on the West Coast, I expected a lot more. When we were seated, we waited ages for a waitress to come and address/ welcome us or even give us a menu. When we asked for a menu after about 10min of randomly sitting at our table, we were told there were not enough menus….(Again paying R500 deposit and the restaurant knowing we are coming at that exact time)…not good service. The waitress then opened our bottle of wine and started pouring wine into my glass without asking, I then stopped her saying I would like to see the wine list/ drinks menu. After another 10min I got up and went to look for the waitress to again ask her for the wine list, she answered with “I already gave it to you”, where I explained that she did not, hence I am standing in-front of her. As I took my father out for father’s day, it really just set a bad tone for the special meal. The food was lovely and the big fireplace really made a difference to the ambience.
