Warm and inviting in winter time, bright and airy in the summer months, La Pineta Restaurant is truly a venue for all seasons. From the terrace or lawn you can enjoy stunning views of Table Mountain and the Cape Winelands, while sipping on a crispy white from our extensive wine list. We cater for the entire family and sport an outside play park for the little ones. Treat your whole family to lunch under the pines or spend an entire evening in the welcoming glow of one of our open log fireplaces.

With our seasonal menus and refreshing blend of adventurous and classic dishes, we pride ourselves on being leaders in culinary trends. Using only the freshest local and international ingredients,we bring a twist to classic favourites and offer a variety of new dishes created exclusively for you to try.

We cater for functions to a maximum of 300 guests in restaurant. Our Private Dining Room can be booked for smaller functions (maximum 50 guests).

    The food was a huge huge disappointment unfortunately with 2 of the 4 meals being sent back and 1 meal partially eaten. A beautiful place and the staff were ok but on a whole I wouldn’t recommend whatsoever.

    The food was great and location, service not so good and wasn't happy with this due to the fact that I reserved a table for my wife's birthday and drove all the way from Cape Town. Perhaps it was just the waiter that served us that was having an off day.

    Good day, Everything was excellent. Our guests truly enjoyed the private dining experience and the delicious food. Our only concern on the day was the air conditioning. Cool air was only felt underneath the machine. The rest of the room was warm and uncomfortable. Perhaps you should consider installing a second air conditioning unit in the room. Servicing the existing unit could also be an idea. From a satisfied client.
