Warm and inviting in winter time, bright and airy in the summer months, La Pineta Restaurant is truly a venue for all seasons. From the terrace or lawn you can enjoy stunning views of Table Mountain and the Cape Winelands, while sipping on a crispy white from our extensive wine list. We cater for the entire family and sport an outside play park for the little ones. Treat your whole family to lunch under the pines or spend an entire evening in the welcoming glow of one of our open log fireplaces.

With our seasonal menus and refreshing blend of adventurous and classic dishes, we pride ourselves on being leaders in culinary trends. Using only the freshest local and international ingredients,we bring a twist to classic favourites and offer a variety of new dishes created exclusively for you to try.

We cater for functions to a maximum of 300 guests in restaurant. Our Private Dining Room can be booked for smaller functions (maximum 50 guests).

    Our party of 4 from the USA enjoyed Starters (Tomato Soup, flash fried calamari and pork belly spring rolls) 3 Pork Schnitzels with Pepper Sauce and Mushroom Gravy , mashed potatoes or chips and mixed vegetables. The pork was tender, although thick, and portion size was large. The breading was crunchy. We also ordered the Fettuccine Carbonara (really Alfredo because the kitchen added Cream). Shared a bottle of our favorite Pinotage from Remhoogte Winerery in Stollenbosch 😋

    Thank you La Pineta for the amazing EVERYTHING. You made celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary just 100 times more special. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Hostess was welcoming and we ro ked up early for our booking because we couldn't wait LOL and you just happily took us to our table. Peeps please make reservations as they get busy but that dont mean the service is gonna drop. The chef is on the ball and after all that they spoil us with a anniversary dessert that just topped it off. Food portions are not for the faint hearted🤣🤣🤣 10/10 and Thank you again for making our evening special
