    Service was slow and the menu could have been sold better... but all in all it was a great evening to catch up with family and friends. It's probably the best Mexican food in JHB.

    The reservation started off smoothly until we arrived. Only to be told that my patio booking was given to another person, even though it was all reserved a week and a half ago. They didn't have my table ready and we had to wait to for them to organize a space for us...21. Then they create a space in the most awkward area, where everyone seemed to be squashed, with little room to get out and in, without bashing into staff, or showing ones rear end at the customers behind, while helping the children order. To top it off..they created 18 seats for 21 people. Thereafter, we learn that bills cannot be split, and the bill was such a mess with so many add-on's that we were just too fed up to ask about, luckily my friend is an accountant so she manuereved the bill for us. It was my birthday dinner, and if it wasn't for the good friends, the good food, and the ambience, I would not recommend having anything consisting of more than 10 folks. I also suggest that the staff be trained more, they are young and their ettiquette in this industry doesn't last throughout their shift.

    Had my Sons 18th Birthday at La Rosa...from food, to service, to ambiance...this place gets a A++ from me!!!!

    We had a wonderful time and the staff were excellent!!!! Service was fop notch! Food was Amazing! I will definitely recommend to everyone!
