A SOPHISTICATED WINE EXPERIENCE

The Lanzerac Tasting Room is open seven days a week and offers its patrons the opportunity to explore the Estate’s range of acclaimed wines in a relaxed atmosphere whilst surrounded by the breath-taking views of the Stellenbosch valley. Guests are invited to enjoy a selection of tailor-made tastings suited to individuals or groups in the comfort of the well-appointed Tasting Room or on the veranda overlooking the scenic vineyards. The daily cellar tours, guided by one of the Estate’s expert Wine Advisors, offer visitors the opportunity to tour the working wine cellar and explore the rich heritage of the Estate.

    I had a voucher I won for a wine and chocolate pairing which was donated as by Lanzerac to the Faith Foundation Charity. I took my daughter the day before my birthday and we had a lovely relaxing afternoon tasting the excellent wine and chocolates and our waiter was very helpful and informative. It was our first time visiting Lanzerac and we were so impressed not only with the setting but also by the menu. Although we did not order any food, we ate before we went, mainly because we thought it would be a bit "pricey" we were so impressed with the menu and the prices that we wished we had gone earlier and had lunch. The food we saw going to other tables looked incredibly delicious and value for the money. Although this was our first visit, it certainly won't be our last and we will be taking the whole family to sample the delicious offerings on the menu.

    Beautiful farm I reserved and outside table - on arrival no table available outside. Probably best to call ahead to make sure your reservation is honoured. very noise inside since it was full
