The service was quite slow, in regard to getting our meals and drinks (a can of soda too 🥲). The drinks took a long time as well. We avoided trying out their starters, desert and other drink options due to this delay.

Had an awful experience yesterday at level seven. After returning almost 4 years later, this restaurants standards dropped tremendously. My husband and I arrived at 6.35 and only got starters over an hour later even though we ordered as soon as our waitress assigned to our table arrived. During this exorbitant wait, we werent offered more drinks or even bread on the table or anything of the sort. We ordered carpaccio and a tandoori chicken salad with no tomatoes. Why this took so long, in an empty restaurant, no one knows. The salad came, with so many tomatoes on, when asked, the waitress said it was onions and peppers not tomatoes. I spoke to the manager who apologised. All I ate from my starter was the chicken because of how covered it was in tomatoes. Suddenly while speaking to the manager on duty, magically my food arrived in 1 min after being told it was 10 minutes out.my husband enjoyed his food, however mine was simply ok. Our waitress hardly checked in on us for more drinks and was hardly seen during the course of our time there. Upon receiving the bill, our dineplan deposit was not taken into account. Leaving us with a 1.4k bill after a disappointing meal and experience After specifically picking this restaurant out of 2 other brilliant restaurants for our anniversary dinner, the service and food were disappointing. We would have been 10 times happier with a McDonald's meal than spending a fortune on a mediocre meal. Beautiful restaurant. Really terrible service and food. Will not be back any time soon and would not recommend to anyone

I ordered the duck trio for starter & pork belly for mains, both were a little too salty.A couple of items both in food & drinks on the menu were not available, husband enjoyed his butternut soup starter & cheese steak for mains. We shared the trio creme brulee for dessert ( nothing to ride home about but I was grateful they could write an Anniversary message on it) Definitely going back for the cocktails & ambiance.
