    We had pizza and it is very good but I had anchovies on mine and there were only 4 biggish ones but not enough for me to know I was having anchovies. The ingredients are all Italian, so the pizzas are expensive. The wine list is also quite expensive. I googled their corkage policy and it came up as “no corkage (BYO)”, so I took a bottle with me. At the end of the evening when the bill came, I was charged R120 corkage. There is also no mention of this charge on their wine list. The manager wasn’t there so I couldn’t speak to him. The waiter didn’t know what to do. I have written them an email and it will be interesting to see what answer I get. I don’t think I will be going again as the evening for 3 pizzas, our own bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a coffee was over a R1000.

    Hi Trish, Thank you for your feedback. In all our restaurants we offer the same corkage policy which I will update on our website, however your google review was an AI response which is not valid or true about Lievita corkage policy. I apologise for the confusion for that and will amend the website. In terms of the price of our food, we import only the absolute best quality so our anchovies are all the way from amalfi which is costly. I appreciate that our prices might be more than usual pizza restaurants however we stand by the authentic high quality produce we use. Many thanks Tammy

    Wow weldone guys! It was such a fantastic evening. The waitresses and manager/ maybe owner where incredible. We absolutely loved it thank you for make the night so special. P.S the food was FANTASTIC
