    Really had a great time yesterday, the manager ( the lady thats light skinned and tall) she was so nice. She welcomed us from the door and took us to our sitting table. She made sure our waiter took care of us and she kept coming to check us if we are still good. She even checked the two tables near us, her vibrate energy and smiles felt so genuine and I could clearly see she loves what she does. The food was amazing and the mixed hot chocolate with coffee the waiter suggested was also new to me but really enjoyed it. Overall the whole staff was really welcoming, they even told me to watch the step at the door since I was wearing heels. Such an amazing team.

    The outside area, the tables were not clean. The cups were not clean as well

    We moved tables three times before finally getting a table to settle 4th despite the online booking that was paid for. That experience was annoying to say the least because we got treated like walk ins . Please improve on this aspect.

    This place unfortunately is unsafe and a.shebeen unfortunately..we watched a lady helplessly being attacked violently by people who were breaking plates, glasses and plates. The staff did nothing about it. They just allowed the attackers back in. In fact even shebeen are safer!

    All was good except the service which was slow. No one attended to us upon arrival after sitting down. We had to call out for a waiter to come take our orders.

    The food was not what I expected and their pasta dishes limited for kids. Deserts did not meet our expectations
