    I made a booked long in advance, arrived early and after being taken from section to section in the restaurant was told that our table had been given away in error. What is the point of booking.

    Had an enjoyable time - was difficult for the staff to keep up with all the demands of the rugby fans! hats off to them

    I had the Eggs Benedict and the Hollandaise Sauce was Sour! Ordered Soft Eggs and they were quite hard My Wife had the Salmon Bagel and the Bagel was Rock Hard! She could hardly cut it with a knife. The disturbing thing is that part of the cucumber still had the plastic Covering on it . We brought it to the waiter and managers attention, they apologised but didnt seem to care much Will never go back there and not recommend Sorry!

    Had my birthday dinner on Saturday: overall the food was really nice. My guests loved it however those that ordered pork ribs were not happy at all, they complained that it was a little raw and red. On some meals value for money was worth it but others not so much. The service at the resturant was good, had a very attentive waiter but from making the booking it was a rough start especially for a booking of 10++. After complaining abit they really seemed to then step up, thanks. Ambiance downstairs with fire place and vibes was giving but it was VERY tight. The next table was so close to ours that I could reach literally over and eat from their plate. Half the time I could even hear their conversation cause it was SO close. Love the location and views. Even with all this, the food, the booking set up, the cramp seating like we sardines in the can.. I would still recommend the place in my top 5 for great place and vibes for a celebration.

    We had an amazing time. I loved the overall experience. Food, service, seating plan and atmosphere was outstanding
