    Hi I'm Gills Husband and the Guide who accompanied the guest party. Only one waiter was assigned to the table of fourteen people! Should have had two one for drinks and one for the meals plus more help when it was served. My order was mixed up with another guests and he had commenced to eat so to avoid further delay i just ate the wrong course, when i explained to the waiter he simply said sorry about that! The compliment of staff is adequate i.e. plenty waiters etc. to carry out the service but they stand around talking and fooling about at the guests peril! Adjacent tables have children who are very young or are toddlers and should not be dining at such an establishment no control over such issues. Adjacent table was extremely rowdy as the patrons were very inebriated/ drunk ,no control by management was excersised to control them so as to make the neighbouring tables comfortable and hear one another talk, the noise level was above limits/unbearable. Overall shoddy management on the whole-could not care a less attitude was clearly displayed when i complained directly to the manager. Shame on Life Grand Cafe !!

    It was suppose to be someone s birthday but when they brought the cake they wrote my name so what was the whole point of having the cake ?
