    Hotel guest used to enjoy the buffet but now they cant get seats cause of the booking system that they dont know about,which business wise it makes sense since non-guests pay more money,but i feel its unfair that hotel guests have to wait over 1hour just to get a seat. Maybe a bigger space is needed to accomodate everybody.
