    It’s so unfortunate we ended leaving as a result of no service. The place was not busy and seemed to only have 1 waitron servicing the restaurant and bar. Took about 5min for someone to come and seat me (arrived 1st before my co-dining friend did). Then 30min later after being seated, no menu or someone coming to take my drink order while I waited for my friend to arrive. My friend arrived and we ended up walking out, even then there was no one around to even see us walk out. It was my friend’s birthday and this was such a let down. Ended up walking to a restaurant at the mall.

    We sent our food back - ostrich steak was extremely tough and the kingklip was still raw in the middle. We paid for our drinks and left the restaurant!

    Very disappointing as we were the only 2 people there. So ambiance awful with restaurant empty. Wont be visiting there again.

    We had an awesome time at the Hotel and especially the NYE dinner. Everything was more than we could ask for. Jaco and the staff really look after us.
