    The food and experience at Lumo Lounge is amazing. I have been coming here from last year. However this time there’s something that didn’t sit well with me. On Fridays they have the Yappathon promo running from 14:00 to 18:00 as advertised on Instagram. The reels and posts are still up on their stories right now. My booking was for 14:30 and I was surprised when I got the bill that the drinks I ordered upon arrival were not regarded as part of the promo. When I asked I was told that the promo now runs from 15:00 to 17:00. I took out my phone and showed the waitress the stories posted that morning on the Lumo Lounge Instagram page and it was still showing as 14:00 to 18:00. So disappointed by this.

    My team and I had a wonderful time, hosting us for our coordinator's retirement was a beautiful experiene place is exquisite, the ambience is top tear. Special thanks to Gerald who helped us plan from the 1st day, got everything we asked and attended to our special requests. Ur kindness is greatly appreciated. Loved the vibe, classy place, able to hold conversations while music is playing and everyone looking beautiful. Food delicious as well.

    I arrived and was seated and the waiters helped the other tables that were occupied, after 15 mins of waiting for a waiter to assist me I had to personally call a waiter for assistance. The service is extremely poor. We later moved to another table and the waiter we got Mzi, was amazing. He is the reason we didn’t leave and go to another restaurant. But horrible service. It ruined the entire experience. Extremely slow service. The customer service is poor.
