    Had a lovely lunch at Lupa for Charisma’s lunch, and everything was excellent. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, making it perfect for a special lunch. The service really stood out, attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

    The people were great, attentive and efficient, always smiling and happy to help. Even though they were working on Christmas, everyone was warm and welcoming!

    Waited too.....long for our food to come. Our waiter Bion below average Beef ribs sent back, they were very fatty Alfredo sauce was watery and the chicken dry The gnocchi portions are inconsistent I.e. full portion/half portion We always have to ask for our bread sticks Americano coffee was cold
