LUPA Osteria is a bustling Italian restaurant serving authentic food in a warm and inviting setting . Whether you want a delicious bowl of pasta on a random Tuesday, country fresh salad, wood-oven baked pizza or a big celebration dinner with friends, LUPA offers all this and more.

We pride ourselves in staying true to our Italian roots and in keeping traditional Roman cuisine alive. Each Lupa has a designated pasta making & drying room where our fresh pasta is hand-made daily. A wood fired pizza oven is used for truly authentic pizzas and for baking many other traditional dishes for that extra flavour and authenticity.

Our wines list is extensive and offers a great selection of local and imported wine, beer and spirits to accompany your food or have a beautiful cocktail at aperitivo hour!

    From the service to the dishes everything was exceptional. My family and I could not fault anything. From the time we entered till we left. Vincent our waiter, was amazing. Well done to the Lupa Team on Chartwell

    Service was terrible. Took forever to get waiters attention, then long wait for drinks starter and main course. Basically left on our own to keep flagging someone down to get their attention.

    What an awful experience! Having booked a table on the 2 June with email and WhatsApp confirmation we arrived at the restaurant to be told they were full and couldn’t give us a table👀 Manager was in hiding trying to sort out the chaos in the kitchen and writing this now I still haven’t had a chance to speak to him about the appalling experience last night. A half hour after our scheduled booking we eventually got a table, an hour and a half later very average food arrived in drips and drabs. Shocking service, average food, made the start of what was meant to be a well thought out planned comrades Marathon weekend a bitter pill to swallow. Never again Lupa! To the owners, I strongly recommend some staff training and service etiquette is set in motion for those that u choose to employ!
