    Mama Africa gave us such an authentic African dining experience. My highlight of the night was the amazing Chikanda which I ate for the first time after almost 20 years. Overall the service and ambience of the place was amazing.

    I had an amazing experience at Mama Africa, the vibe, the food, and the service was super excellent. It has introduced me to Africa’s culture in terms of food and music. I highly recommend to visit this place upon your visit to Cape Town, which is an experience that should not be missed.

    All my senses have been overly pleased. I have traveled from South Carolina to finally experience a visual, emotional and palatable taste of Africa. Thank you Mama Africa you exceeded ALL expectations! The staff greetings I was welcomed home. Their outfits on point! The service stellar and the food superb! The entertainment place the cherry on top of the experience. The decor really cinched the full experience. Thank you for the attention to all the details I loved and appreciated it all. I will be back and will spread the word.

    Combination of game meats and seafood plus African drums and live music. Great atmosphere and experience we had. Awesome.
