    Great restaurant... terrible experience. It is clear that this restaurant aims to cater to an international (European) clientele and very little care or attention is given to South African clients. It looks us two hours to get our food, no face painting was offered until after we paid the bill. We watched all the tables around us get served while we got skipped. Other patrons were enjoying their third course while we begged for someone to at least take our order. Horrible, horrible experience. Would not recommend if you are African.

    Everything about the experience was wonderful from the caring staff, delicious menu, and outstanding live music. Even the venue itself is beautiful and intricately put together. This is a must go venue, really need to experience many times to take it all in.

    Unfortunately, we felt somewhat neglected. Being seated right next to the drafty entrance door, we were somewhat overlooked. Everyone around us was asked whether they would like to have their faces painted, but we were not. We also experienced very little of the live entertainment from our seats, even though this had been explicitly requested.
