    What a lovely place and vibe. I loved their spicy mango cocktails. The food was out of this world. Their ribs was amazing as were the pulled pork burito. Its a viby place with the most friendly staff. Will deffo be back again

    Too loud music that the patrons at the same table have to shout at each other; food slow to arrive; some dishes overcooked (prawns); no wet wipes or finger bowls available despite the food being messy to eat.

    Hi Rosh, We most definitely have finger bowls when we are asked for one. Yes, we have a vibe and music - if you are looking for a quiet romantic evening - Mamacitas isn’t the place. We are who we are! If the prawns were overdone we apologise however you could have simply asked us for a new portion and we would happily make! Thank you

    Your waiter King needs a lesson in service. I had to walk over to him at the front door to place our food order. That should’ve been his first sign to pay attention to our table. Mind you the restaurant was empty. We weren’t checked on once by him regarding our food. He just had no sense at all. Our second round of drinks took 30mins. He told us about a system error and our drinks will be a while, when walking past the bar nothing was being made, when asked he asked us to repeat our order. He didn’t even place the order??? He then presented us with 2 bills, and did not give us one of the margarita specials. He made a comment to the one girl at the table that she must come help him fix the system. Food was 10/10. But service? On a quiet night? Pretty pathetic.
