    Service was terrible… the servers stand at the front door and chat and they can’t see the tables. I spent 25 minutes trying to get someone’s attention, there wasn’t a single server on the floor that entire time. And it happened more than once. We booked a table for 8 days before and they put us at the most awkward shaped table, and the tables that would have comfortably seated us had only 2 or 3 people sitting there. It’s just bad planning on there part. I definitely think some training needs to happen.

    Good afternoon never have I experienced service like this let's start as in yesterday morning. We recaived a mail to say we neec pay a R2000 for booking never was this mention as we to 2 outlets of yours and we asked and nothing was said at all. Get to restaurant last I got there abit later but wife was on time. They way that table was setup wow the person at the end of table had move everytime someone walk pass as they got knock a few times. Don't let start in how many times orders was wrong or short. Waiter we had to call a few times. Really not on for the amount money that was spend. Then don't let me get started on the music volume I could hear the guest next to me. If I wanted to night club then I would of gone for option. Bathrooms was mess up long lines toilets don't looks it was cleaned. I want to know how going to resolve this

    Food is always good and the service was great...However you advertised that you would be screening the FIFA opening ceremony/game when we got there the manager explained that they will only be screening on 1 TV (they had 4 in and around the restaurant) and that its because of their dstv subscription AND that they cant play the sound from the game as they need to keep the music on. After several complaints and many people leaving they eventually made a plan to turn the TV sound on. Perhaps be clear on how you advertise how people will be watching the matches as it was very dissapointing
