    My husband and I celebrated our 19th Wedding anniversary their last night. I must say it's being the best meal we ever ate through out the years of dining out for our anniversary not to say the customer service was of excellent standard we didn't wait long the portions were so big, it's the next morning and I'm still full of last night's food. The overall vibe of the place and friendliness of the staff was really welcoming even though we went on a fomo voucher. I will definitely we going to Mamacita's on Kloof street again.

    On Saturday 08/08/26 myself and my three cousins went to Mamacitas On Kloof, I booked online for the 3pm-5:30pm slot all went OK until 5pm when we paid our bill, mind you we still had drinks which we needed to finish. The manager who goes by the name of "Warren" then came to our table and said we need to leave, I informed him that we still have 30min left as it's not 5:30pm yet and showed him my booking, he told me he doesn't care if we stay until 12am but we not sitting at the table, he demanded that we leave. I told him that I still have a drink and he said well you are not finishing it here and I don't care if you take the glass with you. Warren was a total jerk, when we asked the staff (who was absolutely polite) how do you deal working with this guy as your manager, they continued by saying they just keep quiet and do their jobs. How does a person like this even get hired as a manager man. To top it off the lady who ended up sitting at our table after we left told me that she had a similar altercation with him previously. He clearly double booked but didn't want to lose "their money". I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MAMACITAS KLOOF TO ANYBODY! Its basically like he just waited for us to pay and then treat us like dirt. WOW! THE OWNERS REALLY NEED THINK CAREFULLY WHEN EMPLOYING CERTAIN PEOPLE AS THEIR MANAGERS

    While our waiter was great, there were times that we were looking for him when we couldn't find him. Other than that the drinks and the food was great

    Terrible Service We made a booking for 7:00 pm, only to arrive and find that our reserved table wasn’t available. We then had to go back and forth with the manager just to be seated. It makes you wonder—what’s the point of making a booking if it isn’t honoured? To make matters worse, our group of eight was given only one menu. When we raised the issue with the manager, he responded with a cocky smirk rather than addressing our concern professionally. We ordered shots shortly after 7:00 pm, and by 9:00 pm we still hadn’t received them. Meanwhile, customers who arrived well after us were served before we were. Overall, the service was extremely disorganised and terrible. I would rather recommend visiting the Blouberg branch instead.
