    The waiteress didn’t attend to us regularly, I had to wait for a long time for one to pass by just to request for straws and a spoon.

    We were one of maybe 2 or 3 tables, yet drinks and beer took quite a while to come to us. Also a simple discrepancy on the bill apparently couldn't be voided and corrected- which I find very very strange as we then had to pay for something we didn't even recieve yet and it wasn't even made yet and we didn't want it anymore, so that was disappointing.

    Music is too loud. Makes it hard to talk. The staff were very good and turned it down for us. But in general something for management to think about addressing

    I had an absolutely amazing time at mamacitas on kloof for my 30th. Love this branch way more than the Harringtons branch as it's more vibey and also way more reasonably priced especially in the food section as well. Will be back again this year for sure. It's our 3rd time there.
