Mamacita’s on Kloof is a spin off of the already infamous Mamacita’s! Bold cocktails, Venice Beach surfer vibes, all things California! Large portions, Tex - Mex, Cal - Mex and all American dishes! Burgers, Tacos, Nachos, Burritos, Salads, Hotdogs, Deepfried Pickles and tons of RANCH SAUCE!

    Terrible Service We made a booking for 7:00 pm, only to arrive and find that our reserved table wasn’t available. We then had to go back and forth with the manager just to be seated. It makes you wonder—what’s the point of making a booking if it isn’t honoured? To make matters worse, our group of eight was given only one menu. When we raised the issue with the manager, he responded with a cocky smirk rather than addressing our concern professionally. We ordered shots shortly after 7:00 pm, and by 9:00 pm we still hadn’t received them. Meanwhile, customers who arrived well after us were served before we were. Overall, the service was extremely disorganised and terrible. I would rather recommend visiting the Blouberg branch instead.

    Came expecting an authentic texmex experience. Food was lack luster. Service was AWFUL, we waited 15mins for someone to come take our drinks order, a martini, draft beer and a shaken spicy pineapple margaritas took an additional 15mins, after I asked the waitress if we are going to continue having bad service she blamed the bartender. I cannot tell the waitress' name, she didn't introduce herself. I asked why the margaritas didn't have Chamoy and Tajin she said it was only done on request. Instead of recommending a drink that had it. As we learnt from the couple sat next to us a mangonada is what we should have ordered instead. I asked for the cheque 3times and eventually got up to go pay. The staff didn't seem to want to be there. We are from Cape Town but live and work in the USA and Mexico she on our vacation, we wanted to give a friend a bit insight into of the food we eat regularly and someone recommended this place, we saw the tiktok reviews and thought we'd give it a go. Would not recommend this place or dine here again
